We promised God to be just…
And since many citizen of Orient decent worked on the railroad and telegraph…
Such blessing will be enacted to be fair to those people where such soluble blessings of monetary value were not prescribed in blessing ourselves with that railway…
And since that railway has a military purpose to secure our blessings…
We would think that the gospel is enacted to bless them in the Orient with the grace God is allowed to perscribe in fairness to our Constitution of the United States…
And lieu of history of what could not be avoided to them…
Well due fairness is due from God of this United States to preach with the same telegraph the opportunity to share in the Kingdom of Heaven…
